We're always glad to help if you need assistance troubleshooting your existing spa or equipment.  We can come close to "laying on the hands" sometimes.  A particular noise can be very distinctive to us.  If you're about to give up send us your pack or problem component, and we will diagnose it  and fix it for you (if it's not too far gone)!   See our shipping address below.  There is a minimum bench charge of $50.00.

If you are considering an equipment purchase and have questions about the suitability of a product we can help you there as well.   With our extensive experience of many Spa packs and products we can make recommendations based on retrofitting your particular product.
